Neopost is committed to ensuring that its customers, partners and endusers receive the highest quality of technical support so that PrintMachine retains its position as a leader in output management software and continues to have very satisfied customers.
Partner certification
Partners should be able to demonstrate that they have the knowledge
base to support PrintMachine. The certification process is similar to other software certification programs in the software industry. The certification process ensures that the partner company as well as its technical support staff are up to date on the most recent
versions of PrintMachine and have the necessary technical training and experience to fully support it.

Certification process
certifications are valid from Neopost as well as any authorized
Neopost training center. The certification exams take place following the training course or alternatively following a partner workshop.
The certification exams are held on-line (multiple choice questions). Some exams also include a practical training exercise. The exam lasts between 45 and 90 minutes.
The certification belongs to the actual release of the Neopost product. It has
no expiration date and Neopost does not practise any decertification.
PrintMachine Update Workshops
According to the partner contract, Neopost partners are obligated to take
part in PrintMachine Update Workshops.
Neopost customers, interested persons as well as Neopost Lead Partners are welcome to visit a PrintMachine Update Workshop on a free basis – but with costs.
Partner Update Workshops will take place shortly after the launch of a new software release.
